Day 1, Anna’s breakfast
(I figure that if I post pictures of my meals, you’ll know I’m not lying when I say I’ve eaten them!)

2 eggs, scrambled, 2 slices low-fat mozzarella cheese, 2 whole wheat tortillas, 2 tablespoons of salsa.
Goals for this meal (high carb day): 25g protein, ~40g carbs.
Actual meal: 23g protein, 32g carbs. (417 calories! Yikes!)
ETA: I could only eat 3/4 of it. Nutritionals have been adjusted accordingly.
Taste: Not bad, considering I don’t like eggs.
