Day 2, Anna’s Dinner
I had been doing so well cooking but last night my luck came to an end. I tried to make tuna. It was disgusting. I was supposed to eat six ounces but I could barely stomach two. It looked like this (with pear salsa, steamed veggies, and some avocado):

I ended up eating two of the homemade granola bars later that night. I’m kind of wondering if I can just eat those all the time. It gave me too many carbs for a “low carb” day and not enough protein. Today was a bit of a wash, guideline-wise, but at least my calories were kept in check (1,396). And I didn’t even have one beer at kickball.
