Day 3, Anna’s Lunch
I didn’t bring a lunch today because I was supposed to make a shrimp Caesar salad. I figured I could get that pretty much anywhere around here. I walked over to Whole Foods (good timing, as I was about to murder a co-worker) and grabbed one of their pre-made Caesars. I also got some extra grilled chicken from the salad bar to pump the protein up a bit. I forgot to take a picture until I was almost finished:

So far today, I’m up to 47g protein and 11g carbs. I grabbed some edamame to snack on while I’m driving up to bootcamp for some extra protein. I know it’s supposed to be a “no carb” day, but considering I’ve been eating 100+ grams of carbs a day, I think under 20 counts as none. Relatively speaking. Anyway, I’m about to get my freaking period so this will be a good test as to whether I can make it through the next five days without beating up a child and stealing their candy.
